Okay Fine!!! I Quit!!!

I quit! Every morning I get up....4:15, thinking okay, this is the morning I will run without pain and I will run and run and run! For the last two weeks+, I end up in tears, frustrated and dissapointed and discouraged. I am losing my endurance from the lack of consistency and I don't know what to do!!! It's not a good way to start my day!!!

Quit??? Quit??? Quitting is for losers...Winner's dont quit else they wouldn't be winners! I am up to 4 miles or more four times a week and then some and you're telling me that you're just going to quit??? That is absolutely unacceptable and tbat word shouldn't even be in your vocabulary. You taught me better than that.

go get checked at a sports med clinic--see a doc and get a reference for physical therapy if you need it. cross train and make sure you are warming up, cooling down and stretching. good luck!
